In this part of the international site we will give you some information about the Dutch l'Abri. We give this to all prospective students to help you decide whether a time with us would be worthwhile. Some of you may have a good idea of the work of l'Abri while others may have very little knowledge about it. We hope that it will give you a good idea what the Dutch branch of l'Abri is about and provide you with some practical details regarding a stay here. Our branch of l'Abri consists of two locations: an open house in Utrecht (in the old city center) where various lectures, discussions, and film evenings are held and Eck en Wiel, where our l'Abri community is located with the possibility for guests to stay overnight. l'Abri in Eck en Wiel is a large old land owners house at the edge of a small Dutch village. This is in a region full of apple orchards in the 'land between the rivers' (Betuwe). In the countryside here we are constantly reminded of the beauty of God's creation. Read More About Your Stay>> |
